Your questions
Who can become an affiliate?
Any registered professional who advises companies: consultant, accountant, lawyer, trainer, agency. We review every application.
How is my client linked to me?
They sign up through your link, which fills in your code for them, or they enter your code when paying. You can also prepare their space yourself. The only condition: before their first payment, with no other time limit.
My client has 50 employees or more.
Their price is set in a meeting. Your commission applies to what they pay, as for the others.
What happens to my commission if my client is refunded?
It is canceled in proportion to the amount refunded. If it has already been paid to you, it is deducted from your next payouts, or we ask you to pay it back.

About this translation
These terms translate the French partner program terms. The French version prevails in case of discrepancy.
Who can become a partner
A registered professional (company, sole trader or micro-enterprise) who advises or supports companies. Klaveta (HARMONIA SAS) reviews each application and may refuse it.
When a company is assigned to you
Through your code: the company is assigned to you if its owner enters your code before their first payment, when creating their account (your sign-up link fills it in for them) or when paying. The first code entered counts, with no time limit. Through preparing its space: a company whose space you prepare from your account is assigned to you. A company you run yourself is never assigned to you.
The affiliate's commission
15% of the amounts excluding VAT that the company pays Klaveta, for as long as it stays subscribed. If Klaveta refunds the company, or if its bank disputes a direct debit, the corresponding commission is canceled in proportion to the amount refunded, including when it has already been paid to you: it is then deducted from your next payouts, or Klaveta asks you to pay it back if there are none.
When it is paid
A commission becomes available 60 days after the company's payment, once a direct debit can no longer be disputed. You send Klaveta an invoice for the available amount, which Klaveta pays by bank transfer.
The Firm offer and white label
The Firm offer and white label are each covered by a separate contract, signed after a meeting. They give rise to no commission under this program.
What you see
In your partner space: the names of the companies assigned to you, the date, their plan, the status of their subscription and your commissions. Nothing about their employees or their uses of AI. If you prepare a company's space, you become its external AI lead: you follow and prepare its approach with its owner, who decides and can remove you from their team.
How to talk about Klaveta
You present Klaveta for what it is: a tool that helps a company organize and document its approach to the AI Act. You promise no result on Klaveta's behalf, you do not present yourself as Klaveta, you do not buy advertising on the Klaveta name and you do not send mass messages to people who have not asked for them.
End of the partnership
Either party can end it at any time, by email to hello@klaveta.ai. Commissions already earned remain due; no company is assigned after the end. Klaveta may suspend a partner who does not comply with these terms and then review the assignments concerned.
Changes to the terms
Klaveta may change these terms. A new version is presented to you before it applies, and only applies to companies assigned after its publication.
